Its your first job, they can't expect you to work like someone who has 10 years experience.
Is there a particular skill that if learned would mean you could do your job? Do they offer such training? Will they pay for your training?
Are there personnel issues? That one guy who likes to say shocking things unexpectedly during meetings? If you've been told that you even have an HR department this is the part where you have a meeting with one of them.
Is it a time thing? Are you not a morning person and the job starts at 3AM? 9AM-5PM was the typical workday presuming everyone started at the same time and went home at the same time. You can ask for an adjustment of your schedule, however arranging meetings that you have to have with certain people who have different schedules is going to get tougher.
Anyway, consider asking your question in an completely new thread. It may require more discussion.
