All of this for $10 is a literal masterpiece of a product. Terraria is a must have for your gaming library and with the final update coming around this year there is no better time to pick it up.
Progression in this game feels great, as not only does your character get stronger but you as a player simultaneously improve. You'll start from humble beginnings slowly making your way through caves trying to procure the tools to deal with the simple monsters of the night to flying through the sky slaying grand beasts.
The replayability of the game cannot be understated. The game splits weapons and armor into 5 different archetypes: Summoner, Melee, Ranged, Magic, and Throwing. Each archetype feels and plays dramatically different to one another and while your first playthrough might be a combination of all you will soon find yourself wanting to specialize and truly experience what each class can offer. Mods also add to this.
