Análise de Acesso Antecipado
If you liked the first game, you'll definitely like this one too. You can ignore the early access tag; the game already feels finished.

It scratched the pokemon itch for me. It felt like there were a lot of holes in the plot and world building, but the mechanics were decently sound (for the genre). If you want to play something like pokemon and you can get this on sale, I think it's worth giving it a chance.

Played 20 minutes with a friend and crashed 3 times between us. Found multiple visual bugs in that time and experienced some stuttering. No way I can recommend this unless buggy games are your thing.

I didn't find what I was looking for when playing this game. A buddy and I tried survival mode first, but it was quite a bit dry. Monsters didn't really attack the base at night like one might expect. The challenges, like sailing and winter, were more like nuisances. We tried saga mode, which gives more of the base defense feel, and was fun and challenging, but it was too short of an experience, and not something I'd want to do over and over again. Maybe, if we had a group of 10 people, this would be something fun to do as a group, but with just two, it's a bit lackluster. There are certainly better options.

Also, the start screen gives free-to-play and it's gross.

I'm only just now getting into chapter 3, where there are certainly more bugs than the first two chapters, but I'm still really enjoying the game. Despite not being a Pathfinder game, it's still an Owlcat game. And that really shines through in the player-driven narrative. And the sometimes difficult to follow, but highly engaging, combat and character build options. And, yeah, the bugs. Ultimately, it's an easy to recommend game for fans of previous Owlcat games or the CRPG genre in general.

If you like CRPGs because you like turn-based, party-based combat, maybe with a buddy or three, then this is a great game to give a go. If you're in the genre for the story or immersion, this game won't scratch that itch. The game is very faithful to D&D 5e rules which is both good and bad, depending on how you feel about 5e. Overall I'd definitely recommend picking it up.

Millennia is fun. I enjoy it way too much to give it a negative review.

BUT... The guys leaving negative reviews are right that there are a lot of pain points. Performance being the biggest one for me. Not being able to raze cities is definitely up there too. Personally, I don't mind the graphics, although they're not impressive.

Ultimately, I enjoy Millennia in spite of its flaws, because I really enjoy the 4X genre and Millennia has done some really cool, novel things in this space.

ETA: It's as if the game designers hit a homerun, but the devs and artists lacked the time and skill to really make the end result great.

Fun little game with a funny story and some neat mechanics. Far from perfect, especially UX-wise, but a good way to kill time with a buddy.

The core gameplay was well designed and the world building was really neat. The early game was exciting, there were many times I thought I might lose and wanted to restart, but I stuck through it and made it to a comparatively lackluster endgame where there was no threat of losing, just a lot of hurry-up-and-wait as I went through the endgame objectives.

My only real complaint is that the UI feels clunky. A lot of the HUD just felt too big. At the end of the game, I had a large enough inventory that I couldn't keep it open without covering half the map. I also couldn't figure out a way to zoom the map out. I couldn't find a way to change my controls, so if there was some way to zoom out the map I couldn't find it. I found it awkward to configure the caravan ships. I'm used to panning the map with WASD so having to use the mouse was awkward and occasionally I'd move the character accidentally. having to go through a loading screen just to grab something out of a location's storage was incredibly tedious.

These UI complaints are probably going to keep me from playing the game a second time, but the core gameplay was fun and unique, so I don't regret having played through the game once.

Easy to recommend this game to fans of the Borderlands series. Bonus points if you're into TTRPGs.
