This wasn't my first soulsborne game, my first experience with the franchise was bloodborne. I could not get past the first boss and quit. I was skeptical about Elden Ring because of it. Now on my fourth journey of the game I can gladly say this is one of the best games I have ever played. It felt like a warm welcome into the series that anyone could get in to.

The only shortcoming this game has to me is being on pc itself. After buying the game I could not get past the main menu until l turned off every overlay I had on. Laughed about that tho, hardest boss yet was "start game", aside from that set back the stuttering can be annoying. I've only ever had it bad like 3 times in 120 hours. From software never really made these games for pc and with how vast the game is I understand occasional poor performance.

Kind of been rambling here but this game is not for everyone, I think everyone with the spare money should try it. If you alt f4 over being told you got no maidens that's fine. Just don't trash this game for it not being for you.
