So far, the game's missing content and it needs more time in the oven. But ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, I'd be lying if I didn't say they nailed the mechanics and gunplay. It's challenging and rewarding, albeit a tinch grindy. Is it worth your money? Absolutely. I can't say my foresight's always panned out well, I mean, I'm one of the smooth brains who bought Sean Murray's lies, but I honestly don't see any possibility where this game goes through the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. The devs have made it more clear than ever that they care about the game, being so quick as to punch out patches within three days of receiving the bug report. So, this game's got potential and I have high hopes that Duoyi IE can make this into a success, because even now, they deserve it.

I'd like to reevaluate my review as my old one seems quite childish and premature with only 50 hours into the game. Oh the horror that awaited me.

Garry's mod is the dark souls of source games. You hate the game and it's community and the everflowing garbage that get ♥♥♥♥ out today, but it still has an appeal to it, making you come back for more after a small-large hiatus. It's online capabilities are almost endless and there are some genuinely good and mature people though they're scattered everywhere hoping for another to come along, but it's online capabilities in particular are the most untapped resource in the entirety of Garry's Mod. The potential for something great comes and goes. When you find something good, it's outshadowed by the mainstream. at least, it was when I still played the game.

TL;DR The game's good and bad. You either like it or you hate it. Either way, you'll still play it.
