Ive tried and tried to troubleshoot this game to get it to a "playable" state but the server lag is soo bad, i get on every few days to see if they have fixed the issue. This game has been out a few weeks now and still no progress has been made on the lag/rubber-banding server issues. Its actually ridiculous and makes the game physically unplayable. I dont understand how more people arent complaining about this. $35! for a game that runs like a f***ing turd. 8 hours of troubleshooting!! Fix your s***! Ill change my review when the game can actually run for me and the others that are having the exact same issue in the Discord. Until this, I recommend everyone to stay away, dont waste your money on a broken game where you cant even move around.

Been looking forward to this one since the original trailer back in 2014. Very fun! Good story so far and awesome gore system! Def worth the sale price. Kinda sucks I had to wait a year for it to come to steam, but its finally here.

I purchased this game almost 2 years ago, and when i played it, the game ran awful. It was jittery when moving and looking at the same time. I let the host know then and he even asked me exactly what it was doing and I even recorded as video to show. I gave him the benefit of the doubt in hopes that maybe he would fix it one day. Here we are almost 2 years later and he has yet to fix the issue, there was an update in Dec of 2023 that supposedly fixed the jitteryness, but I honestly think the game runs even worse now. I cant even move around without some sort of slow motion bug effect, plus lag, plus the jitteryness is still there, which makes this game literally unplayable.
You would think if someone is able to code a full game with animations/quests/vehicles they would be able to code a simple camera correctly and be able to make their game run at 50+ fps, not to mention this has happened in similar games such as Junkyard Truck.
In order to get any sort of smoothness, you have to cap your fps at 50 via a 3rd party application such as NVIDIA control panel. But this is no longer the case because now after the updates, the game doesnt even work at 50fps, like i mentioned before, you get a slow motion effect and lag and the jitteryness that was supposedly fixed, is not. Maybe the dev will fix this game one day. 3 hours of playtime, and its all troubleshooting...

As someone who supports SPT, I can see this game doing really well! Very solid bones for a game with high potential, and its coop! It needs a lot of work, but if the devs keep pushing updates, this will be big.

I had got this game back on Xbox in like 2018. It was really bad then... They have made improvements and the game is actually enjoyable now. My only complaint is the crappy EA servers. Sometimes you'll get a lil bit of lag. Its not game breaking by any means though. Definitely worth the sale price in 2024.

Very fun and lots to do. The whole game is procedurally generated, every case/city is different, and no 1 case will ever be alike. Allowing for hours of content. Definitely recommend if you like games like La Noire, or any detective work/puzzle game.
But... be aware this game is voxel based, meaning you might have to have a pretty decent computer to run it.

Good nostalgia. Looks really good on a high Hz monitor. A lil bit laggy on multiplayer, but very much playable. A few updates should sort it out. Idk why the reviews are so bad.

Pretty fun and relaxing.. Kind of short though, I wish there was more, or a dlc addon.
I recommend if its on sale, and if you like puzzle games.
