The only good bug is dead bug!

Really enjoying the gameplay so far. If you like the gameplay of Path of Exile but are overwhelmed by their skill tree this is definitely for you. So many mastery classes to choose from which all look creative and amazing, Of course though the game has server issues on launch day which is expected but they have handled it extremely well. Online is playable and only problem with matchmaking is queuing into different regions which can take 10 minutes. They do have an offline mode which sadly is a different save and has no online cosmetic micro-transactions which I will add are heavily over priced but they are mostly to support the game anyway.
If you believe the server issues are terrible and will kill the game than either it's because I'm from Australia or you're delusional. Payday 3 was unplayable for weeks because the servers went down for everyone. At least here some people can play and there's offline mode. Not to mention they released a 10gb patch already.

Can't customise any mask or even change colour palettes of any outfits like payday 2 yet costs as if.

They doubling the price while giving half the content.

They still spent more time deciding whether to sell preorder goods than they did on whether they should have a game ready for release.

Really fun. I haven't laughed so hard while playing with friends in ages. I've had a blast playing and hope to keep playing.
Only thing I wish for is the option to invert scrolling for switching inventory items and perhaps new planets in the future. Also VR support would be wild.

After recent patch I cannot play a game without crashing within 5 minutes.
Very fun and absolutely stunning visuals. I personally have problems where graphics deteriorate over time though from shadows darkening, water splashing glitching, and lighting blinking brighter or darker or brightness not adjusting to environment properly. Crashes often from using the menu or other things. Certain regions will trigger loading an area it seems similar to the old ark which causes huge freezing. Fps is only 30-50 but frame generation puts it up to 60-110 which makes it necessary to have a 40 series GPU. Volumetric clouds and fog cause major performance impacts but do look stunning.

I haven't been experiencing many of the issues others have and so far it's much more enjoyable to me than elden ring since I do prefer more linear world types like dark souls 3. Seamless coop is also very enjoyable and works amazing. All I have to do is accept an invite from someone at a rest spot to join instantly.
Only problem is movement sometimes becomes desynced if the host lags so I've had many issues where my dodges would be cancelled. I've even dodged and walked away only to be teleported back between 5 enemies and be hit 6 times with all the attacks I just dodged plus more. It makes the game extremely frustrating and if it weren't for that I would recommend this game to everyone.

~Since the launch I have not received my payday 2 veteran and my collector's edition digital mask as my support tickets have been closed with no support from devs for over 5 months of resubmitting tickets.

Took them 2 months to release a day one patch. I have high hopes for the game but if this is how long we have to wait for things to start improving maybe hold off for now.


Really fun I love all the changes made to the special units and the stealth gameplay. Adds a lot of things that make combating the mechanics more meaningful while making the game harder unless you use the new mechanics properly. This adds a lot more depth in the gameplay rather than payday 2 where everything could be overpowered using skills to ignore the mechanics.

Everything about the gameplay is amazing but if you look to other components it's still missing many details and touches especially with main menu ui and matchmaking.Also I hate auto reload and having no way to cancel reload. I would still say that the gameplay is what I care about the most though, but given you can't even get a match on release day is glaring. I will be honest though, playing at 40 fps with a 4070 ti is painful. Had to use launch command -DX12 to improve fps but it causes crashes.

I will warn however that currently the game seems to run like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ if you use an AMD cpu no matter how beefy your components are. I'm planning on upgrade to intel components to test this further.
-After testing I can confirm this is the case. Although I have noticed that visual effects do cause the most performance impact so I hope they use techniques to make GPU draw effects rather than CPU.

As a side note I recommend doing the follow process to adjust the anti aliasing strength so the game isn't horrendously pixelated, blurry, and to remove major ghosting particles. Adjust AA quality higher or lower based on your preference on how sharp the image should be. I recommend 1.5-2. (I use 1.8)

The graphics are so beautiful on the evrima build and the computer performance is superb. Haven't even experienced much of the game-play but already I'm in love with the fluidity of the movement. I spent over an hour just swimming and diving as a duck.
