15 dollar dlc ruined the game. Now instead of dying to malachites in the first maybe second loop if your rng is poor, you get to die in stage 4 with a good run due to newly buffed burn mechanics and a horrifically balanced Collapse debuff that can be inflicted by any void mob, with the only counter to it being either a legendary item that protects you from debuffs or an active item that only has use if you want to clear debuffs. Thanks Hopoo!

All in all, Risk of Rain 2 is a phenomenal game with very very little problems. But the fact of the matter is that Survivors of The Void is a paid expansion that makes the game significantly less fun to play, even with all the super cool items. Despite my praise and unconditional love for Risk of Rain 2, i wouldn't recommend it in it's current state. Hopefully they fix a lot of the awful, awful content in this DLC.

Absolutely fantastic for a cheap game. Thought I wouldn't like it, now here i am on NG+2.
(Please, Developer... if you read your reviews, please give an endless mode, sandbox, or something.)
