(3.6 hrs as of writing) I love the game! though i wish the performance was better, especially since I've noticed some degradation since the demo (Mainly me facing random frame drops, especially when I'm moving around different parts of the map). I'll try to adjust my settings to mitigate it (Maybe resolution scaling?), i also still see bit of the white void if i turn around too quickly when moving into a new area. I'll update my review once i try out different graphics options.

On my GTX 1650, i eventually ended up running my game with most things medium-high with Render distance on EPIC (since i like seeing things very far away) on 1080p with 70% resolution scaling. Worse than i'd like, but it allows me to keep my fps around 60, with enough of a buffer that the framerate rarely falls below 30.) I still see the white void sometimes, but i'm getting used to it (again).

Really damn fun. The anti-cheat slightly bothers me on a security level (Not the biggest fan of kernel level anti-cheats, even if they're only supposed to run while i have the game open.) but it's not too much of an issue as far as i'm aware.

ROCK AND STONE! (Very fun game, In the 2 hours i've played, i've gotten black out drunk 3 times!)

pretty good! it nails the atmosphere, playing with others works fairly well. I don't have much to say right now, maybe i'll update this review later.

Finished Allied Campaign update: I just finished it, it was almost 1917, man the game can go by faster when you just auto resolve the battles, sure it gets rid of some of the fun of it, but it does allow things to go by faster.


It may not be for everyone as it's trench warfare but this is a pretty damn good game, though for anyone wondering, the campagins are extremely long, like in HOI4 i could be in moscow by now, here i'm still in 1915 planning my best strats to hold off 10 thousand germans trying to rush my trenches (and doing decently well, though its less impressive since im in trainee mode for my first game). Overall highly recommend, would watch my units get shelled by the ai for 5 minutes straight again

Really damn good, I was at the edge of my seat so often, like i didn't expect that for a text adventure game, i thought Rebirth was merely good. Retribution was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing, i swear i stopped breathing at points in sheer excitement or whatever, just finished my first playthrough, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, just get this game, and Rebirth.

I barely recommend this game, as it sucks due to the fact its a bit of a buggy mess, with people spawning in voids (you need to use cheats), no proper way to work around people leaving the session (you need to use cheats), all just to have a cool intro into trying to enter the game and then at some point while playing someone suffers a game breaking bug (one time it was the host which killed the entire session.) It's just frustrating to be honest. Its less buggy than it was before since as far as i know you cannot accidentally alchemize air and break things but i on occasion find myself unable to drop items, items duplicating (client-side), and even just being unable to enter the medium for whatever reason. (my best guess on that one was that i picked up the item and dropped it outside the alchemizer as i was using it for other things, maybe i lagged which caused this bug, but still, stupid bug) so this game right now is just Fun to play once or twice, maybe with friends though singleplayer is more stable.

TLDR: Game is extremely buggy making the game downright unplayable at times in multiplayer so only play this to get a feel for how Sburb would work instead of playing it like an actual game.

Alright i beat the game, i got a decent ending, some people died and bad things happen but it was overall extremely happy, I just wanted to note something pretty awesome but its a spoiler and it might not be as cool if i tell you The first scene in the game, which was jaw-dropping IMO which shows you dying in the future happened in my play-though, but with a twist as i had maxed out biology which meant i specifically installed a trap on that doorway to turn that thing into a ice sculpture, I'm still in utter awe of that scene just wanted to say that as that was awesome. I Highly recommend this game to anyone who is interested.

a bit spoilerly but i really love the fact that save and loading is integrated into the story as a past lives sort of thing, really awesome, and there are already things i want to do on a second playthrough once i get the chance but for now i need to finish my first playthrough of this wonderful game.

Haven't played too much of this game yet, but its much better than i expected, tbh the thing that got me interested in this game was the fact there were units with guns in it (as funny as that sounds) as you dont see too much of that in medieval or fantasy stories despite the fact that they did exist even if in very primitive forms. The Gameplay is pretty good and i was alot more into the whole creating squads mechanic than i thought i would be, i really do like that. The only con i can think of is that this game SCREAMS cheaply made RPGMaker game, which was why i underestimated it. Overall this game is pretty good and ill definitely play more of it.

(another con i could put in is story, but i've only played 3 hours, its just that at least at the start it comes off as a fairly generic fantasy story, i hope it doesn't just go into the defeat obviously bad guys territory which it looks like it is)

Bought this just to play as nostalgia critic, utterly amazing, genuinely fun
