TL;DR
Overall I really enjoyed the game, and I'm sure you will too if you like nonsensically running around blowing up random ♥♥♥♥.

Just Cause 3 is an action packed wingsuit simulator that is just really fun all around. There's just enough of a story for you to kind of want to kill everyone but its really not the main focus. Really all you do is run around liberating towns shooting anything thats red and occasionlly do campaign missions.

The few issue I really have had with the game is that the driving and flying mechanics are just flat out bad, it's hard to maneuver and turn which is espically annoying in challenges. The other issue is that the controls are kinda hard to get used to, probably because it was ported from console.

A lot of people have complained about issues regarding stuttering and buffering etc. but I haven't expericed any of it.

I dont know if they updated it but the controls are now super glitchy and its too hard to move around in both vehicles and on foot to be playable

I bought this 2 days before the price was permenatly lowered FML
