Do not see the hype for this DLC pack. The writing is good, of course, but the overlong jokey conversations with the brains don't really land for me. It just seems a little too goofy in comparison with the main game's darker sense of humour. Also the combat is modular and features a bunch of boring bulletsponges which aren't very fun to fight. Unfortunately, it has some of the most overpowered items in the whole game, so some builds are almost required to go through with it.

A fantastic location and absurdly interesting characters unfortunately marred by restrictive and linear gameplay uncharacteristic of the rest of NV.

The best DLC for the game, and the only one which I would really call essential. Best played in the endgame, it provides a good challenge, a more personal quest for the Courier and the best writing of the entire game.

Beautiful and well written DLC. Joshua Graham is one of the best characters in the Fallout series.

Charmingly written adventure RPG with more branching paths than you can shake an enchanted stick at.

Exhilerating gameplay in a pretty world weighed down by a boring story. The game desperately wants to be Bioshock, but it has neither the writing, acting nor atmosphere. It's a shame, because games like Valley really benefit from having a good story to accompany it, and without one the game feels somewhat empty. Still a fun 4 hours or so, highly recommended if there's a sale on.

A constantly entertaining and well written little adventure title.

Intricate and vast world full of cute and occasionally creepy bug fellers. Had to stop playing because the game literally gave me a twitchy eye from being so frustrating, but for people not so terrible at platformer games as myself, I'm sure there won't be any stress related blood-vessel bursting. Not for the faint of heart nor those with anger issues (as I have).
Hot Tip: Play without buying the Quill from the map store at least for a while, because navigation without it is one of the more entertaining parts of the game.

Chain Dashing is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ abhorrent garbage.
Great Game.

The first 90% of this game is staggeringly good. Sadly, it's crippled by the shinfles. Just like all of my favourite games...
