Great if you have the patience for it. Sometimes you get bad rolls and lose in really frustrating ways after sinking an hour or more into a run, and sometimes you get good rolls early on and it becomes a breeze. Certain weapons and tactics are much better than others, so it can be a bit creatively restrictive, but overall it's a game that's definitely worth the price.

Pretty good. I got this on sale for around ten dollars, and there was so much more to it than I expected.
It's very frustrating at times, however. It can be very easy to, in Chapter 2, fall into the cycle of dying and losing your items, then dying again trying to go get them back because you didn't have any items because you died and lost them, then losing more items...
However, it is much more immersive and well-made than I expected from a top-down horror game, and some of the characters are very interesting. Definitely recommend.

While the controls are a little wonky at times--especially if you play with a keyboard--the overall atmosphere that the game creates is absolutely amazing once you get into it. I at first questioned whether or not it was worth the price, but after playing through the game, returning to get the achievements, and recently playing through the first DLC level, I would say that Little Nightmares is well worth the price, especially if you buy the Complete Edition. Play this game.
