This is a great piece of software. I can't recommend it enough and its completely changed my life. Its a great way into learning 3d animation. Even though you run into bugs or issues the community always manages to help. Its not easy and I imagine very overwhelming so definetely watch the official Valve tutorials if your interested. I'd also suggest to just start making posters rather than trying to make a Saxxy award winner. My only gripe is that the last update was in 2015 if I'm correct so in order to install newer maps, or items from TF2 you have to download from the workshop or copy it from TF2 itself and manually place it into SFM files.
