Personally, this game is shaping up to be the perfect blend between Paradox's normal "Grand Strategy Games" and 4X Civilization types. Being an intense Civilization fan, I've always found the games to lack a certain depth and scale to them. But stellaris is combination of 4X aspects, along with the grand strategy level diplomacy, management and scale finally scratch that itch for me perfectly. Unlike, say, Civilization, where you can fool yourself with platitudes like "just one more turn", this game has no turns. Regardless, its absolutely worth your money...

Under the visionary leadership of Amplitute Studios this will become a proud and powerful game. Endless space 2 builds on all of the weak areas of the original without losing what made it fun. Its not an overly simple game but aside from a couple of tricky mechanics it is not hard to learn. It really captures that 4X rewarding feeling of doing well and watching your plans play out. And also price is acceptable for a game like this. The only problem is winning the game with an "economic style" is much easier than the other ways. And also, the price is acceptable for a game like this. The only bad thing about this game is the menu. Guys, theisgame deserves something better than this menu :P
