I've played lotsa RTS, but in my opinion, this is one among the most balanced RTS I've ever played. The only problem for me was in CnC Tiberium franchise there was an absence of naval units, but that didn't hamper my love for this game. In this expansion, there were new factions for GDI, Bortherhood of Nod and Scrin (Steel Talons brought nostalgia for me as this faction have Wolverine and Titan unit which were available in Tiberium Sun n Firestorm as well as Nod which have the Flame Tank aka Devil's Tongue and Spectre for Mobile Artillery in Tiberium Sun n Firestorm).

Honestly, I've preferred multiplayer, but playing offline is quite ok too, and yes, this game is recommended for any fan of Command and Conquer series (not Tiberium Twillight though) as well as any RTS fan.

BTW, purge them with flame!!
