It is everything one should hope for. If you know and like the first game you will know and love this one, bugs & all.

Is it a dignified spiritual successor to theme hospital? YES.

Sometimes i get bored and leave the game hanging for a few months. BUT, then I come back, and I keep coming back. And there are still people playing it so I stay. And i have fun.

AND SINCE THERE IS NO OTHER GAME OUT THERE EVEN REMOTLLY CLOSE TO OFFERING A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE I WILL KEEP COMING BACK AND PLAYING THIS GAME. and having fun. and then getting bored and leaving. but always coming back .

Maybe one of the best games I ever played. On par with Fallout 2 (THE best game I ever played) and my childhood obssession Sids Colonization. Endless hours spent, no regrets.

Update, Jan. 2018:
Ok I was bored and tried it again, not expecting much change. I was surprised, balance is no longer an issue (compared to a year ago, still not perfect, but big improvement). AAaand... I'm addicted. I now can, and do, recommend the game.

To all those saying its PtW, I say B.S. and GiT GuD!,
I never spent a dime, got all mercs unlocked + got tons of bling bling from events.

Its one of those few games that reward constant training, if others can jump of a wall aim and headshot you without you knowing where it even came from, its not because they have more or better equipment, its because they practiced that exact jump 10 000 times to get this good. Its brutal but honest. Learn from others in your team, watch and listen and you will have aton of fun!

June 2017:
Good game, Serious balancing problems. Either you get into a team of noobs against high ranking oponents or you are in a team of top players all together against a team of noobs. Either way no fun, either to easy or impossible. no challange.

On the rare occasion that the teams get well balanced it is a wonderful game and lots of fun!

I dont play it any longer, too many rage-quits after yet another frustrating team-unbalance- Bad for my health... ;)
