Inscryption is a must-play Halloween/any season Psychological Thriller/Horror Card game. I highly recommend you go in knowing very little about the game as to make it so much more enjoyable. So I won't spoil, but the Plot was very engaging. I was expecting the game to end sooner than it did and neither did it overstay its welcome. Amazing game play mechanics in and outside of the card-game sections. Incredible Visual design from 3D models, textures, and environments. The pixel 3D style felt just great to be in. Even to add to the experience was the outstanding music and sound design which made everything enjoyable even while doing nothing. Can't say it was the best story pacing but it fit the narrative well. The game balance wasn't the most fun even being a single-player experience. Some battles I got stuck on for long periods of time and would require anywhere from moderate to incomprehensible amounts of luck. However overall this game is Absolutely worth its price and I heavily recommend you play Inscryption and have some fun like I did myself.
