Fun game but devs need to stop nerfing weapons

Interesting at first but quickly tedious game that feels like the chore you would imagine it to be. Only becomes playable after getting upgrades to destroy nodes in one hit. Before that point, the game is atrociously slow. After that point, the game is very, very repetitive.
Pros: can be pretty satisfying at times, feels good once you get into the flow. Setting up an entire floor to knock, then watching the dominoes go. Completely finishing a ship for the first time. Using the crane. Throwing crates into your truck from 100s of feet away is entertaining, well at first, then it becomes just another chore...
I really wish they had expanded on all of the characters being Indian dudes - ALL of them. Every vendor is Indian, I loved that detail, it has a huge effect on the immersion. But the people you buy ships from on the ship purchase system are all different races. Not a fan of that. EVERYBODY should be Indian dudes. This is a deadly, 32 y/o average life expectancy, polluted, filthy (there is unironically trash everywhere in the game, just piles of trash on the ground) shipwrecking yard. ONLY INDIAN DUDES ARE THERE IN REAL LIFE. Honestly one of the main gripes I have with this game: Not enough fat Indian guys saying something I don't understand and selling me a wrench for $1600. This is what gaming is all about... This is genuinely part of why I enjoyed and recommend this game, there just wasn't enough of it! *sigh*

I would only recommend this game if it is on sale at $10 or under.

I enjoyed it. The new weapons were fine, the Secateur was great, the Klusha left a little to be desired, rather bland compared to the Secateur. Really, really enjoyed the story - clear continuation of the base game, and it was great to get more lore info from Tobarish Lebedev about the world and about Nora and Baba Zina. I felt like the base game left too many questions unanswered but this DLC cleared a lot up.
I have a few gripes: 1. Although it was a continuation of the base game, it also felt kind of disconnected from it. but only because of the lack of old enemies. 80% of the enemies you encounter are new and DLC specific, so even though you're in the same game, you're in a new complex/area (which was good) you rarely run into the enemies you're used to. 2. You cannot use/bring over the new DLC weapons to the base game in NG+. Very disappointing - especially because they are well balanced and would not break the base game. 3. The swamp area at the beginning of the DLC was sort of confusing to navigate, would've been better if it was left until later in the DLC, bad idea to put something slow and confusing at the START of a new experience 4. The DLC has two bosses... well, actually, its only one, because the final boss is just a copy and paste of the (only) new boss, but this time its painted red... very lame. Was excited for the final boss fight and groaned when I had already fought it. Honestly, my biggest disappointment in this DLC was that huge let down. I love the boss fights in this (base) game, not pleased the final boss wasn't original. Cmon, like really? Getting to the final boss and finding out you already know its weaknesses and you've already defeated it? Very disappointing in an otherwise good DLC

Overall, I very much enjoyed it, the new weapons were fun, the new enemies were fun, the new achievements were good, and I encountered very few bugs, and zero game breaking bugs. I loved the ending. The story and lore expansion was great. I loved the little change that now your glove tendrils look like the Twins/Katya's hair, and that P3 acknowledged the Twins/his new glove as Katya, which I really liked. One change I really, REALLY liked that I mentioned in my review of the base game: in this DLC, P3 now acts a lot more polite and tempered (but he is still a good obedient dog to his masters hahaha.)(Also should be noted I played the entire DLC in Russian audio with English subtitles, as I did the original game) I am looking forward to the next DLCs

If you liked the base game enough to finish it, I would say: Buy this DLC. Its a continuation of the story, answers lots of lore questions, it was fun and challenging, and it had a great plot & ending

Honestly did not expect this high quality of a game but it is challenging and very entertaining. The upgrade system is good enough that you become very powerful and slaughtering ISIS in droves with an unlimited ammo machine gun with explosive bullets is too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fun. This game is 100% worth $6, if I had paid $10 for this I wouldve still been very satisfied. Great great game

Got this for free. I honestly really like the Electro reskin with this golden finish, and I think the axe looks better too although the axe gets replaced quickly. The Electro stays in my inventory the whole game. To my own eyes, this golden finish is way more attractive on the Electro than its normal skin which seems unrefined in comparison to the fine golden engravings. It is definitely more attractive.

Its a good game. Maybe not worth $60 - but I dont regret spending $60 on it. Definitely worth 30 or under when it goes on sale. Fun and unique combat. Incredible visuals that nothing else even comes close to. I recommend this game just for the visuals alone, the combat is another plus. Its very slow and methodical at first, it eventually ramps up and once you have a bunch of ability and gun upgrades you finally become the god that you imagine you would be when you first get the game. But the ramp up to this part is tedious if you cant settle down and enjoy it. It is very fun.
As for the downsides... the main character's dialogue (and NORA.) Extremely, extremely grating and terrible dialogue. The mc is very rude and just plain mean to every other character he encounters. Swears a lot, very coarse and rough. And it is just terrible to listen to. It was so bad I was only able to enjoy the game after I turned the audio to Russian and subtitles on, which I mostly ignored. And there is a character called "NORA" who is a violent sexual sadist that you have to interact with. Who the hell thought this ♥♥♥♥ was a good idea...? Why not just make the characters normal people...? A huge and looming negative in an otherwise very good game. If they had made the characters good this game would be a GEM.
Worth buying, but you MUST play with Russian language audio. Make the game much much better

Best rogue like ever. The replayability is infinite. Ive never had two runs that were exactly the same. Its so face paced its like an arcade game but with mouse n keyboard. This is a great pixel game too and i ususally dont fw pixel / 8bit style games, but this one is different cuz its so quick and requires reflexes like a fps game
Tbh i think if this game had been released at a better time (earlier) and with good marketing it couldve been a hugely popular game, like so big it could expand into a franchise, like sonic or something, with lots of follow up games n a huge global audience. this game is so good bruh. Blows my mind that it isnt more popular. Highly recommended.
Additionally, the entire game is so small and cost efficient on the pc that literally ANY potato pc could run this game at 30fps. yet for such a small game its so playable
