This game is amazing. Aggressively fun. No matter what I do in the game, I am having a blast, it scratches all the itches I have for a D&D video game, is well balanced to function as a video game rather than a TTRPG, and aside from wishing there were a few more race and subclass options, Larian has once again delivered a massive W that is well worth the price tag.

That being said, there still are some rather annoying bugs. Nothing game ruining for a casual player, but I wouldn't fault you if you want to wait a month or two to allow some of these issues to get ironed out. Still, for anyone eager to sink their teeth into some of the best fantasy RPG content ever crafted, I cannot recommend this game enough. 9.6/10

Edit: After finishing the origin character storylines, and beating the game, I am in awe. This is the best fantasy game I have ever played, especially now that pretty much all the game-ruining bugs have been fixed. This game is a well and true 10/10 for me, and in my top 3 games of all time. This game made me cry, laugh, and feel a level of accomplishment I haven't felt since I graduated college. This game deserves all the love it is receiving and more.

This game was nothing like what I expected. A refreshing modern take on old time text-based adventures that uses simplicity to its advantage. I usually struggle reading for long periods of time but the narrative kept me laser-focused the whole way through. The dark and brutally unforgiving world rewards those that are extra perceptive and have good memories. For barely more than $10 I got a VERY satisfying 20 hours of playtime out of it, and thats just one play through! I already see myself giving this game another shot in the future.

In my life there has only been 3 games that have ever made me cry

This one has such a powerful story that playing through it I cried not only once but twice. I cant say much more to how powerful and moving the writing is. Even if it had terrible combat (Which it doesnt, absolutely fantastic stuff) the story alone is worth it.

This is also one of only 3 games I give a perfect 10/10

Is gud game

Words... cannot describe how perfect this game is. It is by far my favorite game of all time. You may have played some good story games before but... none like this.

Oneshot is an absolute masterpiece that I had the PRIVELEGE to experience. Im not going to spoil anything but I had severe depression and anxiety before playing this game, but after getting the true ending all of it went away.

I cannot reccomend this game enough. 10$ is NOTHING compared to the experience this game will give you. if my #2 favorite game was an 8/10 this would be a 10/10.
