For oldschool lovers :)

Genuinely balanced game! From relax to hardcore gameplay (just go to settings and choose your way).
And moving fast is the only thing keeping me safe.

If you want wow-graphics, fantastic setting and finished story better play Quantum Break instead

First of all the main character is Polaris . Without he/she Jesse/you wouldn't even find the Oldest House and there were no adventures there. But after completing the game the are no additional information about he/she. It's like he/she doesn't matter.

Also after finishing the game and two dlc-s you suddenly realise that there is no point to be the director of the Federal Bureau of Control (FBC) . You/Jesse can't even read these classified documents . Even when you read this review you can have access to hidden text and you are just a gamer/developer/reviewer but the director of the FBC/first person of the FBC/head of the FBC don't have access, nonsense . And the Hiss are still there. They keep appearing and killing uninfected personnel. Infected personnel are still flying and making these annoying hypnotic sounds. You/Jesse can't cure them although IMHO Polaris could help (also Polaris could help your/Jesse's brother who is still in coma) but developers don't care . You/Jesse can't reopen the Oldest House so that all personnel can go home to their family's/friends/pets, everybody are locked in the Oldest House . You/Jesse can't remove mould from the Oldest House ...

So the game has no end and there is no point to be the director because despite all this fantastic abilities you/Jesse can't change anything, any your action has no sense since the very beginning/arrival to the Oldest House till the ''end'' of the game and two dlc-s/100 % achievements. N0\zero control/you CAN'T RULE the bureau/CAN'T play the leading ROLE at all .

And yeah I know about rumors/leaks about Control 2/second part of Control . But there is still chance that there would be no Control 2 because we live in unstable world you know. So if there will be no second part of Control the first part will remain absolutelly meaningless/unfinished .

Better to play it with someone than solo but keep in mind that you will need gamepad to play together.
And if you will not expect too much from the plot you will like it.

Common guys, bring achievements back please

Comparing to NFS it is a bit harder. Sensitivity is great btw. Comparing with NFS Shift for example. Other racers (bots in career mode) ride so close to you. You can bump other cars (they just be angry and try to bump you too) but if you trying to leave the road there will be penalty at the end of the race and your place would be far from the first despite that you will cross the finish line the first.

There is no plot in this game so if you like racing games with plot probably you woun't like GRID. And the gameplay quite repetitive. There is no drag or drift races. And you can't improve your car you can just buy another.

I recommend this game when it would be on sale with discount -75% or more.

Little game

You'd better play the first part first and then play this :-)

I like racing games (especially with the plot), but this one is a big disappointment.
You may think that the game have the plot, but there is NO PLOT at all.
The gameplay is quite repetitive, and the tracks look exactly the same.
You can't change anything in any car in the game (the car's characteristics are always the same).
Atmosphere is very dark and depressive. You will not be happy after finishing it (even if you beat all tracks with 3 stars)
DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!
Even if you decide to buy this - don't buy any dlc - all of them are useless.
Also multiplayer is dead.

Fantastic story, great sound and video effects.
Despite little cons the game is worth playing.
