This game is awesome and many people are addicted including myself, but Official PVP is almost impossible and needs serious social issues to get good. And you can't solo, you NEED a tribe. Griefers whipe everything on the server, including the noobs. Players call themselves 123 to not be tracked over different server, they upload dinos download them on another map/server wreck everything and leave again. I WOULD recommend only if you aren't a ragequit. Bacause you WILL lose the dinos that spent hours taming. My ULTIMATE tip, is getting a Purlovia, cryopod all your good dinos and bury the purlovia somewhere, honestly being a nomad lasts you longer than building a base, but you need a base. So have both and prepare for your base to get wiped so never leave anything in there, craft all ♥♥♥♥ before disconnecting etc... This game is unbalanced because of MANA. Low tame times, OP as ♥♥♥♥...

Go be a PVE virgin beta or host your own server on a dedicated linux server with good internet. Go in Official, recruit honest players that feel the same as you do and leave official before you get hooked. Once Official has its claws on you there is no going back and youre a slave to griefers and progress.
