You have to check out this game. It's the most innovative shooter I've played in years!

I've tried the game for free years ago thanks to their free trail session they ran around Halloween, had a good time learning the ropes and I've honestly enjoyed being the killer than survivor more despite the losses I had.
Bought the Silent Hill edition at a sale and

I will say this upfront that this game is defiantly not for everyone given the genuine criticisms and flaws it has currently:
- The fact this is a paid game with microtransactions and the base price is not cheap, especially when you add on the prices of DLCs for other playable characters on top of that.
- The somewhat pay-to-win nature of some perks belonging to licensed chapters/characters
- The Shrine of Secrets being generally outdated and awful at getting the perks you want or need without buying them outright, picking 4 at random out of roughly 98% of the total amount of perks in the game in rotation.
- The grind problem that the game addressed with some QoL changes to make it more bearable than before & still takes a lot of your free time out just to get killers the perks they need, not so much with your favorite survivor getting every perk but you'll need each survivor with at least most of the perks to make some daily or rift challenges asking for specific survivors much easier to do in the long run.
- And the most importantly, the learning curve you need to climb with how unfriendly it is to newer players so be prepared to lose a lot against veteran players, especially on the survivor side.

All that aside, It is a great congregation for people who are either interested in asymmetric games like Left 4 Dead's Multiplayer, Fans of horror who wanna experience the hunt & play as their favorite killer with endless perk combinations for different playstyles or strategies, or casual players who wanna let off some steam by helping some blokes fix a generator or caving into an annoying Meg after blinding you mid-breaking a pallet they stunned you with for the 3rd time.

Above all else, remember this: Within or outside the walls of The Entity's realm, failure is inevitable but it's never permanent. That's called trail & error. Fail fast, Learn faster, & try something different.
Maybe something janky for the laughs & catching them off guard.
Maybe let them go through the gates for being good sports.
Maybe sacrifice yourself to save a survivor even if you're on your last hook before death to get the hatch to open as a Hail Mary effort to get them out safe.
Maybe pester the killer so much that they tunneled visioned to get you killed first ASAP to buy your team time to get gens fixed.
But always enjoy your matches and take the personal victories wherever you can because getting a stupid build or strategy to work wonders is just as fun as getting the 4 kill total with a standard strong build.

If you wanted to play Getting over it with Bennett Foddy without having to pay actual money for it's unique, frustration type platforming and deal with a more manageable half hour of said gameplay rather than spend more time than you should for a challenge; then this game is for you.

This game is a good way to enjoy yourself when you're on a small break.
It exercises the brain with simple, but tricky, puzzles while putting you at ease with its catchy music, solid art style, and great characters.
It clocks in an hour or two, but that's not a bad thing if you want a short but sweet experience.

Early Access Review
Best played in short bursts rather than a marathon.

I first saw this game on one of Markiplier's videos and the graphics alone caught my eyes hook, line, and sinker. It's a Good Ol' fashion point-and-click adventure game(Haven't played one since the early internet days of flash games) and the goal is to commit the seven sins due to a loophole found in the church's rules because they can't forgive you.

It's simple but fun experience for the whole game but even I got stumped on some parts trying to figure out how to do certain sins.
The key highlights of the game are the visuals and the music. The former took the Monty Python vibe of animation, as in they move like they were made of paper cutouts, and it felt natural since this is the medieval times after all.(At least there's no heart attacks in the making of the graphics, and that's a big positive.)
The music is very nice to listen too. All classical music and they even tell you what the tracks are called within the game if you look at the bands playing them.
The only downside the game has is the playtime. It only lasts for a few hours at most if you're taking your time or a few minutes at least if you know what you're doing to beat the game.

I'd recommend it if you wanted to enjoy something completely different from you're usual game plans or if you're a fan of Classical/Monty Python art styles or even if you really love medieval games or simple games.
If you're still not convinced, then wait for a sale to drop and then pick it up. You'll get a few laughs out of it.

Whether you have an agenda against Phil Fish or not as a person, you can't deny that this game still stands strong on it's own. The enviroments are still great to look at, the music fits very well, the puzzles can really give you a challenge especially on the later parts, and the 3D mechanic gives a new dimension on how to navigate, search, and solve puzzles.

Even if Fish is on permanent retirement, this game is the only legacy he has to show that he's more than capable of making a great game... even if his unpopular and controversial opinions sadly overshadowed his work.

I would only reccomend this game if you want a free Bolt Action Blitzer(An All-Class Football Helmet with bolts on top) for your classes, and if you think it's impossible to play the game due to the lack of players, then you're wrong

Here's a helpful guide to get your hat easier and faster than normal:

1. Install the game and set up an account for it

2. Play the tutorial map a few times by pressing the practice button over and over to earn EXP for your level

3. Reach level 6 and earn your achievement, then close the game and open TF2 to earn your hat and enjoy a REAL game while you're at it

*4. Uninstall crimecraft by right-clicking your mouse and press the uninstall option

*5. Now delete your game by pressing the support button to your right in the Library section of steam, then press the permanent removal button to get rid of the game for good

*(Do not do step 5 before step 4; it's recommended to uninstall the game you want to remove from within the Steam client before removing it from your library. This will save you the trouble of uninstalling it manually from your PC’s hard drive later.)*

6. Now here's the important part, Go to Computer and follow this sequence: C: -> Program Files(x86) -> Steam -> steamapps -> common; then locate and delete the crimecraft file

7. Empty the Recycle Bin for pemanent deletion of this terrible game from your computer

Congratuations! You profited another hat to add on your ever-growning collection, now spread the message to others if they want this hat too

As for the non-TF2 players in the store: DON'T BOTHER PLAYING THIS GAME, IGNORE IT AND MOVE ON

"It's got no polish (Rough as rocks),
it's got no charm (BF B-B-Q and CoD Fish, anyone?),
it doesn't even have anything new or different from any other average shooter out there other than pay2wins and hackers (Just why even bother?!),
unless if you want to get the Black Rose knife for your Spy in TF2 (And you would too, well most of us),
Then get it the F%$# out of your library" (since it'll literally bite back at you by HACKING you cus' of some dumb 'security' doodad keeping track of you! No Joke!!)
