No. You must play again, kill da Heart many times, kill Isaac and Satan many times, unlock polaroid and negative, kill The Lamb, kill ???, kill Mega Satan, with every character in the game. Both in normal and hard mode. THERE, after 300+ hours of gameplay, you can say "omg i finishd dis". Maybe. And probably didn't even try all existing items.
Then you can just start playing again.
300+ hours playing a great game, for 15 euros.
Must buy, with sales, without sales, it is always worth it.

The DLC is nice, it adds 2 characters, 1 new mode, many items, and luckily a The Lost buff. It is more playable now thanks to ghost tears and The Holy Mantle he starts with (you have to unlock The Holy Mantle as his starting item by donating coins to the Greed machine, though).
What can I say, it makes the game even more worth playing and it lasts a lot longer.
The only cons I found:
-The new mode, Greed mode, is a little to easy. You can (not so rarely) get infinite coins and destroy everything.
-The Lost is harder to unlock. Luckily I unlocked it before buying the DLC.

C'è molto da dire su questo gioco. C'è così tanto da dire, che non mi va di scriverlo.
