While the content is great, the graphics amazing, and the gameplay is fun, the severs instability of the multiplayer servers breaks this game for me.

With multiple attempts to play, the game disconnected within ten minutes. I would often have to sit for fifteen minutes or so to connect to multiplayer servers.

For me, the issue is a deal-breaker for this game. I'm going back to the HD Edition until these problems are fixed.

They have indeed fixed a lot of the connection issues surrounding the game. Now it is nearly as much fun as the Classic Age of Conquerors, albeit with several balance changes and cosmetic updates. Initially I would not have recommended this, I do now.
