DO NOT BE FOOLED by the starting experience. After 20hrs of struggle and grind, once I could actually kill a small creature, this game exploded my brain. The completely insane and alien setting just keeps drawing me in, and after nearly 200hrs I'm nowhere near finished the main story and still discovering new facets of the world. The story is amazingly paced as well. RPGs are by far my favourite games, and this is the best I've ever played. If you like RPGs in any way, you need to try this game.

F$%KING EPIC

In the truest sense of the word, this game is a literally epic experience, and easily the most doom metal game I've ever played (play while listening to Electric Wizard and it is a match made in hell). On top of the incredible artwork, intriguing story and eldritch vibe, the gameplay feels incredible. Rather than the usual roguelike fare of making individual enemy units difficult, it makes them mostly easy, opting instead to throw HORDES of them (probably hundreds) at you at once. Eventually, slashing through overwhelming demonic masses without so much as a scratch becomes 2nd nature, and the game truly comes into its own. 10/10 recommend.

One of the classics, Sakura clicker has one of the most gripping stories Ive ever come across. Think The Last Of Us made you cry? Just try this one, and see what you think of that trash. Also really impressed with the treatment of women in the game. They aren't oversexualized in any way, shape or form, they're just real women, with real flaws, and imperfect bodies. I would most definitely reccomend this absolute ripper of a game.
