You wake up at 10, wash up and have breakfast. It's now 11. Since it's already 11 it's nearly 12.
If it's 12, then its basically 1. And if it's 1, then half the day is gone.
You'll have lunch and chill and it'll be 4 straight after.
Everyone knows time between 4 and 7 flies by.
Between 7 and 10, there is only 3 measly hours which is nothing.
So it's basically 10 and you can't be expected to get anything done at 10 at night.
Seeing that it's already 10 you just slack off the day and chill, so you can wake up tomorrow with energy and motivation.
