When this game released, it claimed there was only 5 hours of content to be played. Look up. As it stands in early access, I currently have 35.4 hours. This game is absolutely fantastic! I did not realize it was in early access because all I saw was a cute witch game and hopped right on. Then I saw "Thank you for playing The Little Witch In The Woods" and realized this game was early access. I realized how much I loved this game when I was so disappointed I had to wait for more. Early access is good for feedback though, so here's what feedback I would give:
I love the writing. It's super cute! Sometimes I feel like the characters do talk about things they should know about themselves that they don't need to repeat that could be implied instead of said. That would improve the quality of writing in this game and make it come across more cohesive.
I also love the world building. The pen and paper to hit new discoveries is definitely amazing! I would be excited to see more hidden areas in the game, as well as a larger map. A big part of the excitement of this game so far has been the question "What will I discover next?" I would be so excited if more of those moments were added. I also notice that when it comes to identifying specific items with the quill, it doesn't work because you're climbing on branches. Also as far as glitches go, Rubrum randomly disappears sometimes which can break immersion in the game. It's pretty often this happens.
I love the system for making potions and candies. The only thing I hope is to see more creatures to discover, and more potions to be made!
Also I think it would be awesome if you could develop relationships with villagers further than their standard dialog.
Overall this is an amazing game and I will be so excited when I can play more!

Blessing

One of the best story driven games I have played with an amazing twist I was NOT expecting. This game has stuck with me months later as well. The characters are written amazingly, the story is beautiful but tragic, and I loved every minute!
Also love all the fights! The ways you could win by expressing emotion were so interesting, and the way omori's emotions influenced fights was also interesting.
If you loved any of the RPG maker games from back in the day, if you love psychological horror, or if you love to be hurt by a video game, this is the game for you.

VERY SCARY MANY LAUGHTER

Crab game is an overall funny and good game and I do enjoy it. However, the community is really toxic and there are no measures to prevent blatant racism and sexism. While many of you reading this review are probably scoffing at me, thinking it doesn't matter, I should also be able to play the game without being harassed by almost 3/4ths of the servers I join into because of my gender. I can only imagine how all the racist comments affect other people wanting to play this game.
Because there are no guidelines making this behavior unacceptable, it is very rampant and constant.
Because of the community, I would not recommend playing this game until there are some kind of rules in place to stop this from happening.
