Game is an absolute pisstake. Without mentioning all the bugs and broken features, I'll get into what's more important:

First of all, banning system. They claim to have people manually checking all the reports, but I got banned for 24h for ''offensive username'' which was... big mango. Absolutely no language uses big mango as slang for anything else, has been my username in plenty other games, including League of Legends which has one of the most strict offensive username systems out of any game ever. To add insult to injury, I have sent 2 tickets already to amazon games, none of which have gotten a reply over 72h.

Second of all, EU players are treated as second class citizens. This is now the second update that is not only scheduled during the day (12pm-5pm, as opposed to 3 AM in the US), but all servers were up by 5 PM except EU and US. Low and behold, which one do they fix first? US! By 7 PM, they were up and running. It is now 10:10 PM, and EU has still not been fixed, even though we have twice as many players and they are doing this during our peak hours.
