Early Access Review
A very interesting social game which includes a lot of really cool ideas. It has a really strong home customization system, and neat collectibles. It's utilization of the steam workshop gives it a lot of potential for future development and creative expression.

However, the process in which you earn and unlock your rewards and social elements is bad. You earn all of the rewards from minigames, of which many are broken due to the way the game uses local hosting. Multiple games (Karts, Minigolf, any shooting game) suffers because of even the slightest differences in ping creating large amounts of latency. Minigolf became guess work when it came to moving terrain on judging where the terrain actually is. Meaning you will spend more time on some courses bouncing your balls off of perceived invisible walls. Shooting at zombies when they are actually a foot ahead of where you see them, and crashing into invisible walls in karts. Making the game unbearable to play with friends, and with no option to host the games on a server, which would fix a lot of these issues.

I enjoy the social elements of this game for sure, but as a variable arcade to play with friends, which is what you are actually spending the money on (because if you just want a social chatting program, better free alternatives exist.) I would pass.

This game is special.

It is a game within a game, and a game that makes life the game.

The amount of freedom of choice is amazing, and I surely don't regret my ending.

Depending on how you do, you may never want to touch the game again.

Which is funny, because with most games that would be bad.

But not this time.

That is a save file that I want to keep.
