Promising, but too early access to have fun more than for a few hours

Pro:
- Wonderfully beautiful
- Motion capture is incredible, especially for facial expressions
- Smooth
- No lags

Cons:
- 100€ for the game + Season Pass, WITHOUT Shang Tsung (10€ DLC)
- Impossible to change in-game language and subtitles without changing Steam's language


Even if the game itself is amazing, I can't recommend it because of the dumb DLC system

Do you like to spend a dozen of magazine into any robots? Because even knowing the weakpoints, will make you shoot for straight minutes into ONE robot in order to kill it, if you don't die before

Are you a stealth player? Because you can't play this way, as anything spot you from kilometers away, and any shot fired even with a suppressor, will make all the robots immediately know where you are, even if you are hidden.
With the point above, forget playing sniper.

Did you buy this game for the crafting/construction part?
Spoiler, the crafting is just for ammos, and for the base construction...don't expect much more than some walls and turrets

Obviously (sometiems a little too much) inspired by Green Hell and The Forest.

Fun to play overall, even on its really early stage.

And yes, multi on this would make a great improvement to this game

Cool, but way too short

Beautiful graphics: Check
Epic music: Check
No huge bugs at launch: Check (game doesn't crash randomly, it is playable fully without game breaking stuff, etc)
No pay to win or paid content: Check (the money you can buy on the steam store is ONLY for cosmetics, and you can farm this money easily in game)
A lot of heroes: Check
Awesome story: Check

Buy it eyes closed if you like games like XCOM, because 2K once more, delivered a banger!

On the downside, however, sometimes the animations of some parts can be laggy for half of a second, which I guess, will be corrected in a future update.

Tried to find the addictive and fun that everyone was talking about...

Probably is, if you like game that kind of play themselves with only one control button.

Because when you have all your weapons maxed out, you watch your screen and wait for the remaining minutes until the death spawn (at 30 min)

Take it if you want a quick game you can launch from time to time during a break, but do not expect more than that

The trilogy was probably a banger at the time it first went out, innovative and all, but if you are a new player hoping to have such kind of "Whoa" experience, you are gonna get disappointed.

The story is cool, but the rest of the game is literally a corridor-like FPS for the few place you can really explore, with a false open world, 90% of its content being empty planets and probes throwing sessions, to gather some resources for research purposes.

It has some RPG aspects, but nothing to be excited about compared to other FPS games that came out after the initial first trilogy, especially if you play the game in hardcore or above, where only the soldier class is playable.

As for the quest, I try to complete around 80% of the side quests every time, but even with that, they are repetitive, and once you get which strategy to adopt for the limited kind of enemies (take around 5 seconds per different enemies),it is just a hide and shoots time,

So yeah, I get that at its time, this game was amazing.
But nowadays, feels way too empty.
