-Game is fun, more fun than overwatch in someways. but the servers are terrible especially in normals.
-In masters, high skilled players are minimal, so rank gaps are huge, as a master, i often get silver/gold teammates.
--as a result, high ranked games are frustrating, many people i know including myself smurf in multiple acounts just to have fun. compared to overwatch where playing with good teammates is more fun, in paladins, playing against easier opponents is more fun,
-paladins have many balancing issues that i believe hi-rez won't try to fix, example, androxus, a character with high dps output and accuracy hit scan, and also has 3 dashes, on top of that can fly and hover, more over, have a damage absorption ability that also spits back out the damage it absorbs. he also has a strong ult which i dont need to mention at this point. high reward low risk gameplay, a character with high and easy hit-scan dps, assassin like dashes, tank absorption ability, and utilities for flight. bad character designs like this is all over this game.
-conclusion, i believe this game is fun if you already have first-person shooter experience, it focuses on individual play because of the low risk character designs (except for drogoz). competitive play is not bad, but almost unplayable. getting high rank is easy and not rewarding in terms of gameplay.
