Hell Let Loose is what an ACTUAL WW2 shooter should be like, punishing, gritty, horrifying and absolutely satisfying when you feel the blast of your kar98 slump someone at range. In its current state its satisfying but still makes you long for the content to come. Personally I think the most enjoyable way to play this game is with friends though. It can be uncommon to find groups of people that work together or even a team that can coordinate to win, but if you have a good group of friends going you can easily push your team to victory. It runs great and is definitely perfectly paced for a realism WW2 shooter. Now wacky BS from Squad, no disgusting tinge on your screen and un-optimization like Post Scriptum. These Devs really seem to know what they're doing, by far the best UE4 rendition of a tactical mil sim shooter I have seen. Obviously its not finished at this point and there is more to come whether it'll be for the better or for the worse I don;t know. What I do know is, if you want a real WW2 realism shooter this is it. Its essentially Darkest Hour 2.0 and ♥♥♥♥ me Im excited.
