アニメ「チャージマン研!」を現代に復活させた立役者。その存在感は揺るぎないものである。
ジュラル星人によって人間ロボットとして兵器に改造されたが、破壊されたのはジュラルの円盤よりも視聴者の腹筋と精神であろう。
これにより数多くの視聴者がキチガイ(チャーケニスト)となりこんなところ送りにされてしまった。もはや「お許し下さい！」で許されるレベルではない。
というわけでMADでの扱いは散々である。 落下時の悲鳴が素材になったり、ボルガ以外にもいろんな奴が落とされたり、しまいにはゲームとかで研の武器にされたりしてる。
