There is a lot I can say about this game, with probably around 200+ hours played on the Xbox I am here to say this game is really amazing. Yes, the port has been pretty much taken directly from the Xbox but it's a work in progress but even then, it still plays real well on the PC.

To the gameplay/features, if you enjoy building your own forts, castles or whatever then defending it against mobs of zombies, skeletons, dragons, demons, and aliens then this game is for you. It has quite the range of weapons such as normal shotguns and pistols to laser guns to rocket launchers and even light sabers. Then the landscapes/biomes I really enjoy a lot (Biomes are the forest, vertigo forest, desert, mountains, tundra, the desent, alien crash site and of course, Hell!) the world is HUGE. The further you head out into the world, the harder it is to survive. If you can reach distance 4,000, you will be able to fight the undead dragon which I always thought was pretty fun to do especially with friends.

The game isn't perfect by all means and one thing I will take away from the game is the lack of variety of blocks as compared to the first Castleminer which has a very large variety to choose from, I hope to see some of them return in the future in Castleminer Z.

Ignore the people who claim this game is just a Minecraft clone just because you can build things with blocks, block building does not mean it's a ripoff. If that was the case then every FPS would be a ripoff of past FPS games.

But, this game has evolved so much since the day it released on Xbox, many amazing features have been added and even more to come. I for one am really looking forward to those.

This game is one word, "amazing". I purchased it on Xbox on release day then on PC in summer 2013. This game gives you so many choices to choose from, you pretty much have four storylines to go with. There are tons of quests in the game that are actually really fun to complete, I liked them a lot more than in Fallout 3. The storyline is amazing, something I felt lacked in Fallout 3, New Vegas really makes you feel like you have a goal to accomplish. The combat system is highly improved from Fallout 3. The only thing I criticize the game about is the empty spaces, there are a lot of them but then again it is a desert after all. This is one of my favorite games of all time, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get into the Fallout series. I give the game a 9/10.
