Ok, so there's been a weird thing that made me unable to load a map, and this problem persisted for an entire year, it made it so i'm stuck in perpetual loading both in game and when i try to restart the game.

It may be highly anticipated, and i was amongst those who wished for it to be great, but by God the framerate was awful.
I myself pride on having a self made pc that's a step above the minimal requirements, really great machine mind you for it's price range, being able to play even the most recent AAA game with no framerate issue, except for this one for some odd reason. I can't tell if the dev team forgot to optimize it for pc players or the engine ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with us, but each time i try to load into a heist, the fps would drop to 10 and spike between 30~49 before dipping back to 10 again, tutorial is easy enough on the experience since i can get to 60, but the funny part is when i try to shoot, it micro stutters, not on consecutive shots but when i pause for a second or two then it does the exact same thing. A shame really that the game got hype and failed to deliver on launch. As for matchmaking, i haven't got a problem getting into a lobby, but as soon as i get into one it also dips into 10~13 fps with micro stutters in between and connection issues when i get into the game.
