Runs very poorly for a AAA title (less than 80fps with a 3080/3700x) and the gameplay is a huge step down from previous iterations. Portal is good but it's not enough to justify paying full price for this game. Save your money and play games that devs actually put passion into (BF1 is alive and well).

The only significant issue now is with audio compression that makes the game sound pretty bad. But even with that the game is as fun as it was 9 years ago. Good job 343

The devs only care about adding shiny new vehicles that become irrelevant two patches later, so bugs that have been in the game for years, proven unhistorical flight models/shell penetration values, and terribly-designed maps/gamemodes are completely ignored.

The game can still be enjoyable, especially at lower tiers, but as a player since 2013 I don't see the issues above being addressed anytime soon.

Edit 05/2023: Four years later, none of the above have been improved, and the game's economy continues to get worse each patch and is solidly anti-player.
