It was always difficult for me when people asked me 'what's your favourite game?'
Finally, there is an answer: Darkest Dungeon.
Essentially, the game is really simple, but it is challenging, frustrating, frightening, amusing and - gosh - so incredibly captivating. I've found myself playing this game all day without noticing.

This game is pure joy.

You can fail as hard as every fail comp. on youtube together and still recover. If you suceed, it is satisfying as ♥♥♥♥.
Personally, I cannot find one bad thing about Darkest Dungeon and I am extremely hyped for the official release. Red Hook starts off strong and it will be horribly difficult to make a game as good as Darkest Dungeon after they'll have finished it.

It's just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ perfect.

Woah... haven't been as emotionally involved with a game since ever.
I played it in one session, took me about 4 hours, and at the end I cried like a little baby. This is a wonderful, wonderful game. Captivating. I'm at a loss for words. If you have some spare time and want to enjoy a great game with amazing artstyle, a powerful story and an ending so beautiful it doesn't even matter that it rips out your heart and eats it while you watch, this is a perfect match.
I would recommend everyone to play this game.
