the launch hasn't been perfect, but the devs are trying their best to fix all of the issues and have been/are being very receptive to feedback. everything transferred from Survive very smoothly to Online, and i got all of my rewards as well. please try to give this game a chance if you can, the community is usually very welcoming.

don't buy until there's a patch C, Episode 3 is broken still. 1 & 2 aren't that bad, and Farewell is great. When the remaster is great, it's great, and hard to remember what the old graphics looked like. However, the bugs will ruin your experience. Just buy the original, or, if you insist, buy this when it's on sale (I did) and pray you don't get the bugs or wait for Patch C (if it's coming).
