A fantastic card/tactical game surrounded by some of the worst writing I've ever seen.

If the game was single player offline, it would be one of the best and most fun puzzle games in years.

But it's not.
So you get stutter, lag, disconnects, useless multiplayer, minutes to connect to the server and more.

The game will randomly make you fight enemies that are 5x stronger then your team just to make you lose.

The game is pretty great.

The performance is absolute trash and will never be fixed.

What more do you want?

You have to agree to multiple EULA's before you can even play, which gives them:
+ Your personal identity
+ Your IP address
+ Recordings of ALL your voice and text communications

They keep and store all this at their own discretion and may do whatever they please with it.

Oh, and they have the strictest "Rules" for an online game I've ever seen.

You cannot queue for specific trials within the matchmaking system.
You are randomly assigned a trial the host has selected with other randomly leveled players.

This is like not being able to select a map in CSGO, or not being able to pick a character in DOTA 2.
Why is this a thing?

The game is great though, I just wish i could queue for a SPECIFIC TRIAL.

An 80% player drop in 1 day, Hawken Reborn will not make it out of early Access:

- They are selling guns for real $, literally Pay-2-Win.
- They used crappy AI art instead of paying an artist and thus had to manually fix all the hands.
- No PVP or Co-Op, yet it's always online and can't be paused.
- The missions are basically all "Go to X, kill Enemies, Repeat"
- Small enemies and drones cannot be stomped, crushed or melee killed.
- Un-skippable intro cut scene EVERY TIME
- Going AFK gets you kicked from your single-player mission.
- 60 FPS cap
- No resolution support above 1080p
- No keyboard rebinding

It's the most polished and high-quality VR game I have ever played.

If Pixar made a vr game, this would be it.

I just wish it was longer!

It's the best VR game of 2023.

If you have any sort of VR headset, buy this and play it now.
If you don't, then this is the game worth buying one for.
