I've played a fair amount of this game when it launched and managed to get to about 27. Actually stopped when they started adding in the repair kits and stuff, which still kind of annoy me being there and having to hit an extra key to repair my guns and armor. However, it is possible to ignore most of it and play the game. It's definitely a lot better now with the humans and the questlines. It's not quite everything you'd hope a multiplayer fallout to be, but they're moving in a really good direction.
