20 Hours in and I beat the story. A few glitches, some anger at not being able to reach things unless I buy a ladder, and some LAME auction feature.... brings me to a 3/5 for this game. BUT THEN.... add in MEGA limited decor choices and make every room and house we do either MODERN or Grandma themed. If this was my FIRST house flipper game, I would be pleased, but this feels like a down grade from the first one. This was more of a cleaning simulator. The spacing for placement, the painting, and the ROOF stuff makes this game hit a 2/5. This one lacks the "gross factor" and the weird from the first. It was wayyyyy to "Cute and cheery."

Get the first House Flipper. Dont pay full price for this. HOPE there will be added FREE content to make this game WORTH it.

I thought that this game would be boring and to complicated, but I was very surprised and totally wrong! This game is addicting and I want to keep playing long after I should go to bed. 10/10 would play again. (:
