Early Access Review
If you're looking at reviews you will see a lot of people discussing the difficult learning curve and how satisfying the game is when you finally get the hang of it. Truthfully this game fills the MASSIVE void that I have had for surfing/rocket-jumping/bhop in source engine games. It has that same difficulty curve when first learning and just enough finesse where you keep coming back for more.

The modding scene is insanely saturated, I genuinely can ride a brand new track every time I load this game up. My mods folder is 28 gigabytes and it's going to keep growing the more I play!! I have 0 complaints, if you're on the fence just hop right in, best $35 I have spent in a LONG time.

Early Access Review
I have 15 hours in this game. Those 15 hours are filled with many brutal deaths, yet many small, minute victories. I'm awful at this game. The majority of my time with this game was streamed in discord with coaching from a small counsel over the specific actions of the (poor) mercenary at our fingertips.

This game really solidified itself on a lengthy mission where about halfway through the mission my character had the right side of his body obliterated by a man with an automatic shotgun. Limping and only being able to equip one weapon for the remaining floor was a treasurable moment in my game play time.

Overall here are the major gripes that I have with this game. The individual components of each action take A LOT of clicks. Weapon disassembly, corpse butchering, scrapping of certain items, and a few others are almost essential in higher difficulty zones. I also had a very difficult time determining the length of each mission. Some you would load into and be out within 10 minutes, others upwards to over an hour in length. This can be a bit difficult to judge when a nice run would fit into a late night schedule. There is also kinda a lack of direction, I feel like I would play more if I had an incentive to directly work towards however the core game play loop in itself i still very entertaining and addicting.

Overall this game was a very pleasurable experience!

If this game looks remotely interesting BUY IT you will not regret it. I'm a huge fan of the DmC games, and always enjoyed a good rhythm game so this game immediately caught my eye. The combat system is much deeper then it appears at first and does a great job at engaging you during every fight. Gameplay length was a solid 12 Hours for the main story but they're is a lot of replay ability and other challenge modes once you beat the game. They could charge $60 for this game and I would STILL be recommending it! Awesome visuals, awesome character designs the whole game is a huge treat. Probably one of my Top 5 Games this year and it's only January!

A great expansion on the Spiderman games! While a tad pricey for the amount of content delivered, the content all feels like high quality! The game is short but the world feels alive. My hours aren't accurate due to playing on the steam deck when not connected to Wi-Fi, but I beat the main story in ~7 Hours. Hard difficulty feels perfect IMO especially if you're used to the previous Spiderman game. As with the previous game the Deck gameplay feels phenomenal! Game only crashed once on me during a cutscene and the autosave kept my spot in the mission so no complains there. Get on sale for sure but, I wouldn't pay $60 for it.

I played Skyrim for the first time on December 23rd, 2013. I didn't play very much of it honestly, but I had a great time exploring the world for the first time. I tried multiple characters but could never really commit myself to completing the game entirely. Skyrim Special Edition breathes new life into the game. It shows graphically a new world and I know I will enjoy this one more then the last.

So you want me to tell you a story? A story about success and failure? Let me tell you about the early access game Nether. Nether is a game I dream about. I purchased this game at its peak, when you had to hope a server had a few slots open for you and your friends. This game was a masterpiece. I got this game when it was in the trio of rival survival games, DayZ, Rust, and Nether. I spent HOURS of research on all 3 trying to find which game would suit my primative survival needs. I had just enough money for this game and Rust so I promptly purchased and installed both. Nether was the biggest pain to install, causing me to download and make another account for their own launcher ect. It was quite the pain overall. I go to run the game and of course it requires a 64 bit system which I didnt have. Fast forward a few days (I wanted to play this that badly).

Finally get to playing it and I have NO clue what i'm doing. Now they have a tutorial but of course back then it was a "learn as you go" system. I LOVED THIS GAME. This game was the best looking survival game on the market and my god I loved the way it ran. Everything looked so smooth and polished for a survival game, and they where still updating it! I was hooked. I craved those clutch situations of pvp battles. Was I any good at them? Nope. But I still found it fun. I stopped playing this game for a few months and came back when they added a tutorial and it was more friendly for some friends to join me. The game was fun. I still found it entertaining. Was it perfect? No. Not even close. But we still had a hell of a time playing it.

Now let me tell you why I still dont play this game. First off the Developers abandoned it. NOW SERIOUSLY HATE IT WHEN THIS HAPPENS. DEVELOPERS I HOPE YOU READ THIS BECAUSE IM GOING TO TELL YOU HOW TO SAVE THIS GAME. The developers out of nowhere said oh yeah remember that Nether game? We're handing it off to another studio Called Nether Productions. This was there first mistake. Second mistake was totally throwing the game out the window when they did this. They stopped developing or even trying to make it look like they still worked on the game. Yeah they gave the community PvE servers basically where you can go to find people that dont hack the game but other then that nothing.

Now don't get me wrong this game is still fun, but PLEASE DEVELOPERS READ THIS. All they need to do to save their game, is give community support. Believe me the community for this game is still very strong! All they need to do to keep it going is let the community take over the game. If you game us the ability to create private or public servers and give the community the ability to make structures, produce new weapons, maybe even create new nether!? The game runs on the unreal engine which to my knowledge is an open source software (correct me if i'm wrong). It would be like handing off a project. Give it to the community and the game will be remade. There will be a blossom in creativity as the game becomes A THING AGAIN. LET THE GAME BREATHE.

With that rant of hope aside I am recommending this game only because I had fun with it. Enough fun for me to consider this game a purchase even if it was still a $25 dollar game. Now that it's ten dollars I think that people can still enjoy it. The game is a successful mmorpg with a working cash shop to the point where it isnt a pay to win game, just a pay to improve (; This game has great graphics, still a partial community, and when played with friends, is still a great time. If the developers respond to this I would be MORE then thrilled and if anyone that has had any contact with the developers read this please comment or send me a message. Thanks for Reading!

Dota 2 is not a game for everyone. There will be winners, losers, and mostly more losers. Dont play this game expecting to have fun. Nor have a good time. This is a game about outplaying the opponent. A game where you may win all the team fights in the game, but still lose. It is about success. And as always with success, failure is fast to follow. The only reason i am recommending this game is because i can't stop playing it. On a serious note the gameplay and mechanics are absoulutely beautifuly made. My only issue is possibly the game lengths which can go on for 35 minutes at the minimum average all the way up too an hour and a half. It all depends on your lineup. Well Download and install at your own risk!
