try turning of anti-aliasing. it saved the game for me. at first I could not run it, and then VOILA!

before I did that I would have called the game broken. Works great now.

This may all work but I neither have the time nor interest to try these, the second reply to this comment which was my first one and I will say it again before some one brakes their PC by fidling with the wrong stuff, just change the resolution and restart your game (use directional arrow keys) as it will work then, and more often than not, this will work for other similar issues. This isn't a windows version problem, it is just that telltale games run windowed or windowed borderless (not true full screen) and so the mouse may get "trapped" in the old box.

Disable the DPI Scaling for the .exe and it should work (works for me)

To change resulution go to Settings>Graphics>Choose your resultion and options> Press escape to leave and apply your changes.

No Problem here with Windows 10

this is a problem of windows 10 with much games. you have to go to the folder of the game, right click the exe file and go to the compatibility tab. there is a option point for do not scale at high dpi. activate the option and it works fine. i have this problem since win 10 at much games and it worked fine for every game. its not a problem of the game, only of windows.
