So Steam keeps asking me if I want to review my review.

Yes I do.

The netcode is actually worse than it was when I first reviewed it, and I don't see it getting any better anymore.
But we have $23+ dollars worth of Chun Li costumes in all that time.

Game is a mess and I can't in good faith recommend it.

Get any anime fighter instead and rock out.
