INSANE LIKE YALL LITERALLY COULD HAVE JUST REMADE BATTLEFIELD 3 AND 4 AND COMBINED THEM INTO A BRAND NEW GAME WITH NEW MAPS AND MORE DESTRUCTION. BUT NO U CREATED THIS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

My fav fps of all time. I love all sorts of games but ive played through this game atleast 5 times. Even though its a linear shooter it does not feel that way at all. the maps are big theres places to explore and puzzles to complete. I remember reading about the development of the game and many of the developers said they wanted to make it feel like the story was just unfolding before you. I cant find the right words for it but the game just immerses you and honestly doesn't get old. Combat is awesome, story is top notch, this game was made in 2004 and there hasnt been a single fps game to surpass it. Although its a bit outdated i love how valve made the characters eye contact and voice acting to really make you feel immersed, still to this day no other games have really done so. ANYWAYS GREAT GAME YOU MUST PLAY IT ONCE IN YOUR LIFETIME maybe twice.

Only game of its kind. Learning this game is like learning to ride a bike. There are no games to compare this too so your literally learning a new set of skills where as in pretty much every other game skills will translate from one game to the other but not in this game. complete freedom with what you can do is what makes this game so fun, nobody is overpowered its all skillz
