Thankfully, Sony rolled back the terrible policies.

The game itself is a co-op masterpiece of chaos, and even when ♥♥♥♥ hits the fan, it still feels fair and well balanced.
Visually, it is a beautiful game, I often find myself admiring the view.

All planets feel and look pretty unique, giving the player different fun, and sometimes anxiety inducing experiences (fire tornados can be a pain)

The gunplay feels amazing and responsive, and there's lots of weapons to choose from to fit everyone's playstyle.

The sound design is also on point, things feel and sound heavy.

The progression system is very simple and not really something I found myself 'grinding' to progress. It is entirely possible to join the highest difficulty even if you're brand new and still accomplish missions as long as you can play accordingly.

In terms of cons, there's not much to list aside from some bugs (to be expected), certain enemies lacking any noise (hulks should NOT be able to just sneak up on you because of how quiet they are).

The game had a lot of love and effort put into it, and it shows, and I believe buying it at full price is justified.

Frankly, this is simply the best zombie RPG game I've ever played. Kuddos to the devs being transparent.
Atmosphere 10/10
Gameplay 10/10
Music 9/10(It needs some more variation, but otherwise it's really good music.)
Customization 10/10 (The zombie lore being customisable is simply the best thing for a game like this, offering for new experiences each time.)

A pretty interesting concept of a game if you ask me, that seems pretty simple: You have to finish a masterpiece.
Layers of Fear actually gives a feel of Amnesia and Silent Hill P.T. (Mostly P.T.)
This game is not just scary, it actually is creepy, unsettling...And I love it. since it shows the dark side of arts.
There are jumpscares, but what's worse than them, is when you expect them to happen, but they don't.
The atmosphere keeps your butt clenched most of the time.
Seriously, when you'll see a candle, or any light source, you'll be running towards it, only to be surprised by the wind putting out the candle, or by the lightbulb burning out, you the get idea, you're not safe.
The graphics are top notch, the sound, music, ambiance, everything. And it will confuse you.
And it will confuse you hard. My only disappointment in this game is that it's not the full version.

Scared the ♥♥♥♥ out of me/11
They did an amazing job on this game, and it might be a little cliche on some parts, but who cares?
