Brass: Birmingham itself is an excellent game and this version of it aesthetically meets its standards, but the software experience leaves much to be desired. From the experience of playing a full game, this software does indeed let you play from start to finish with up to four friends, however the game remains to be very buggy. Normally I'd report these issues via the bug report button in game, but it ironically crashes the game.

After each player makes their move, you have to watch a replay of everything that happened since your last turn, which means you end up watching the same turns sometimes up to four times in a three player match. There is a skip button, but this consistently caused the game to hang on the current player's turn, requiring the software to be restarted to see the next turn after.

In terms of gameplay, this software has what you'd generally expect from the board game but with extremely limited settings for the user experience; the only settings available to adjust are sound. It would be very nice to be able to adjust email settings from within the client, as after signing up with the game to play with others (it's not done though steam), you can expect to receive about 16 emails from the game over the course of a 3 player game. You can't set preferences for watching replays, and you can't view your opponent's development tracks. The 'undo' feature is very handy however; saves me the trouble of asking if a particular move is valid.

Amazing.
Special love for the creative useage of its minimal gameplay mechanics.
The graphics are delicious and the concept is brilliant.

It's like hack and slash and blood and guts and fast and stuff and it hits you in the face just like this sentence.

A huge timesink!
Yes, enjoyable. Wish I had the time for it; it usually takes about 8h to finish a short game.
I generally find myself playing rush nations to make up for it~ Probably wouldn't enjoy it as much if it weren't for my addict brother.
