Excellent reimagining of a classic game series. You can tell this was truly a labour of love as the team behind this game, Tengo Project, are comprised of individuals who worked on several 90's action games. High recommended!

An incredibly polished game made by people passionate about the TMNT series. The soundtrack is super catchy and the visuals are pixel perfection! The game is best played with other players as it can get quite intense, especially during boss fights.

Capcom have one of the richest collections of arcade games out there, and with the Capcom Beat 'Em Up Bundle, it includes several of their CPS1 and CPS2 arcade games in a compilation. Final Fight will no doubt be the most famous game here, and of course let's not forget Captain Commando! But surprisingly lesser known titles such as Armored Warriors and Battle Circuit took the spotlight for me. It's rare to see arcade games ported to consoles for the first time but here we are - both games offer a different take on the classic beat 'em up formula. Online play really rounds things of, allowing more players to experience the joy of playing these games together.

There's nothing I'm gonna say that hasn't been said already about Halo: The Master Chief Collection. It's an excellent collection of the most important Halo games ever released. At this price, it really is a steal, considering the amount of content you get!

Without a doubt, the original Resident Evil 2 is one of my favourite games in the series. This 2019 remake of the classic title is simply outstanding in every way imaginable. Without the limitations of the original hardware, Capcom were able to create a world viewed from a third-person perspective, including new areas and story elements that'll surprise even hardcore RE2 players. Each character's stories are well written. However, more variety in boss encounters would have been a nice addition, since you essentially fight the same ones throughout all scenarios. For me, this is the Game of the Year.

Based on the GameCube remake from 2002, Resident Evil HD Remaster is an admirable port to current gen consoles and PC. The remaster includes the original 4:3 ratio which displays the whole screen, with the 16:9 ratio zoomed in and the camera panning slightly up and down depending on which direction you walk in. The FMV cutscenes retain their original aspect ratio. Completing the game under certain conditions allow you to unlock hidden costumes (including some new ones previously unavailable on the GameCube original) and weapons, but probably the biggest addition is the inclusion of new game modes which only the most hardcore players will appreciate - Invisible enemies, anyone?

This isn't the most difficult or lengthy Resident Evil game, it has the usual cheesy dialogue and scare tactics. Overall, it's a great game for horror fans, and Resident Evil lovers in particular, and you'll certainly spend some time trying to unlock all the achievements in the games - who knew there could be so many endings?

If you like trains, you will like this game.
If you like Japanese culture, you probably already know most of the information that this game presents to you.

Do I recommend it? Not really. As an interactive travel guide, it only introduces you to the most popular Japanese tourist spots and not much more than that. There are some interesting tidbits about the Japanese lifestyle that's not usually mentioned such as ATM's only available on certain times and in places. The audio is kept to a minimum, with the usual upbeat tracks. The visual presentation is acceptable but could be improved. Whatever choices you make in the game doesn't make much difference. I also would have liked to see some more characters and interaction. Overall, it's simply quite mediocre. It's not a very good game nor is it a very good travel guide either.
