Split or Steal is the execution of a simple game theory experiment. You're matched with a random opponent and you chose one of two options: split or steal. If both players split, both receive money. If one player steals, he will receive the pool. If both players steal, both will lose.

The game is simple, for maybe 20 minutes. The interface is ugly, the font atrocious. Hotkeys might be there, but are not outlined. The game loop is just that, you match, wait 10 seconds and press a button on screen. There is almost no chatting so far.

There is a metagame, which allows you to build a HQ, but this won't keep you hooked.

All in all: fun for a few minutes, but won't keep you hooked.

Early Access Review
Dota Underlords is about picking units, finding combinations and saying "Yo" to your opponents. The userinterface and the ability to battle bots make learning and adopting the format easy.

I've been playing the Alpha for quite a while, and have written some popular tools back then regarding server management. Cube World is set in a proceduraly generated world. Everything is voxel based, and you are free to explore. However, the game feels repetitive, after a short while. You can't really enjoy multiplayer with other people, since there are not anti cheating measures - everything is stored localy. And the default control scheme is just abysmal. All in all, it's a okay-ish game for a few hours, but falls short of providing any meaningful long time enjoyment.

No Man's Sky is all about exploration. You travel from planet to planet, system to system and galaxy to galaxy. Recent updates have brought multiplayer and base building, but the main part of the game is still focused on experiencing a large universe.

If you like traveling around, exploring and some lore about this in game universe, this game is for you. This game is not an RPG, so if you want a heavy storyline, or linear game, you should pass.

I've gotten this game on a sale, and would recommend getting it for 25 bucks, which seems like the sweet spot.

One thing I love about NMS: you can dive in for one hour, times flies by, and leave again, without getting to hooked on the game.

So, Void 21 is really giving me a hard time to review. The execution is good, the graphics and performance impressive and the soundtrack unique. But for me, it isn't really fun. The missions are repetitive, the obstacles hard to see and the color choices overall are really giving me a hard time to see. If you are into challenging, fast paced games and like a retro vibe: get this game. But personally, I feel the price is not really justified. The game seems to generic for my taste, the options are fiddly to navigate and some personalization is missing. By that, I don't mean gameplay wise (as you can upgrade your spacship by progressing). I think using the colors more, and lifting the racing into the third dimension could really benefit this game.
