While this game has a wonderfully written story, it does not make up for the fact that almost every interaction is on rails.

Playing the game is very disappointing, there are so many ways that character interactions with the environment CAN make a difference, but none are taken advantage of. You constantly are given a chance to talk with NPCs and explore the world limited around you but any interaction you have does noting. Conversations with NPCs lead nowhere and do not change any of the plot/story/what will happen next. Interacting with your environment does not lead to something new that you can do to progress through a mission. Anything that you do is meaningless unless it is what the developers explicitly scripted to be right.

Even during the last mission of the game, there is such a powerful moment yet no control is given to the player. This is so frustrating because so many different possible endings could exist, yet you are forced down a single path.

I would not recommend getting and playing this game, even if you can snag it on sale and have a great friend to play with.

This is a digital version of the classic game of clue. Having the game in a digital form also makes it much easier to play. You suspects card sheet will be marked for you when guesses are made, this makes the game relatively laid back and fun to play with friends, which you can also do online! This was one of the biggest selling points. You can play with up to 6 other friends and it works most of the time. There are occasions where room codes do not work, restarting the game has worked for me but it make not for you. You also get multiple marks and the ability to provide a has/does not have guess for players and their cards. Other than that, the game is just as fun as the original to play. I would not recommend the DLC as it is just a skins pack but the base game is definitely worth it, especially if you can get it on sale.

The game is great, love the classes and leveling system. However, if you are looking at this game for it's multiplayer you should hold off. The multiplayer is full of bugs. The bugs can be small like invisible friendlies of major such as character switching. The multiplayer is also only avaliable with the dlc at the moment(it'll be free later according to the dev). Other than that, this game is a great way to spend time.
